Clarkston Technology Solutions Expands and Relocates to Downtown Roanoke

Subsidiary of Research Triangle based Clarkston Consulting grows employment in City of Roanoke

Clarkston Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of Durham, North Carolina based Clarkston Technology began business in August, 2017 in the Grandin CoLab with 3 employees. In
the last 14 months, the company has relocated from CoLab and grown to 26 employees; 17 working locally in the downtown Roanoke Historic Market Street office and 9 working
remotely.

The local Roanoke subsidiary provides remote technology development and management services for clients of Clarkston Consulting in the life sciences and consumer product
industries arena.

The well attended Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting ceremony was held on Thursday, October 25. The management team from Durham was on hand for the big event, as well as fans of the local downtown Roanoke office. During the ceremony, Roanoke Vice-Mayor Joe Cobb spoke as well as Clarkston Consulting CEO & Co-Founder Tom Finegan.

Jeff Graffeo, company managing partner and Roanoke office manager stated “I have three folks that I had just hired and now we’re at 26 people here a year later. And we are in downtown Roanoke, which is an area where I always wanted to work in. So very, very excited to be here and be part of the economic growth.”
