The Nancy Christian Fleming Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution are shown ringing bells in commemoration of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution. Constitution Week is September 17-24. The chapter, led by Regent Mary Elizabeth Kepley and Project Chair Kay Young has encouraged all churches or any institutions with bells to ring them simultaneously at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, the 17th, Eastern Standard Time, as is planned by the National Society of the DAR across the nation.
