Dear Editor,
The flag of Russia still flies over the “Friendship Fountain” at the south end of Market Street, along with other Sister City flags. Someone please tell Mayor Lea and Roanoke City Council to take it down. Haven’t we seen enough of the barbarian and murderous atrocities by the Russians in Ukraine to demand this?
