Madelyn Gregory, a senior at Faith Christian School, will sign a letter of intent, committing to play volleyball next year with Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. The signing will take place at Faith Christian School on Wednesday, March 27th at 10:25 a.m., in the Faith Christian Library.
“Madelyn has been a joy to coach. She is not only a strong player, but a great leader on the court,” stated Coach Stacey Bravo. “Madelyn exhibits a strong work ethic, which led to her becoming a powerhouse for the Warrior Volleyball team.”
During her high school career, Madelyn recorded 280 kills, 135 aces and 27 blocks. The team won the National Association for Christian Athletics (NACA) Division 4 National Tournament, during her senior year. She also received numerous individual awards during her career.
During her Senior Year, she received the following awards:
– 1st Team Virginia Association of Christian Athletes (VACA) All District
– 1st Team VACA All Region
– NACA National Tournament Division 4 Hitter of the year
– NACA National Tournament 1st Team All American
Madelyn will be accompanied by her family, volleyball coaches and teammates for the signing.
