Betty Kingery, of RE/MAX Mountain to Lake, received the 2018 REALTOR Community Service Award from the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS. The presentation was made at the Association’s annual Installation and Awards Breakfast held December 14th.
Kingery was recognized for her dedicated volunteer efforts with STEP, Inc. The Association made a $1,000 contribution to STEP, Inc. in honor of Kingery.
The REALTOR Community Service Award recognizes a local REALTOR who gives of his or her time to an organization that improves the quality of life in the greater Roanoke Valley.
The Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS is comprised of over 1,500
REALTOR and Affiliate members in the Roanoke Valley area. It is one of more
than 1,600 Associations of REALTORS nationwide that make up the National
Association of REALTORS, the nation’s largest trade association.
