Patrick Henry High School swimmer Olivia Stanley signed a letter of intent to continue her swimming at Davidson College during a ceremony Monday afternoon in the PH gym.
Stanley, a four-year varsity swimmer for the Patriots, will receive a merit and athletic based scholarship at the Division-I North Carolina school.
“Both of my parents went to Davidson and the coaches and students there were all the deciding factors,” Stanley said Monday of choosing the Wildcats’ swim program.
Stanley also considered William & Mary, W&L and Vanderbilt before deciding on Davidson.
