Roanoke Catholic Announces Promotion / New Hire

Roanoke Catholic School has announced the promotion of Debbie Stump as the Director of Major Gifts and Education State Tax Credits.

Debbie will celebrate her twenty year career with Roanoke Catholic School in December, 2014. She has played an important role in building the future sustainability for the school. The school has grown through her efforts with the Annual Appeal, Designated Gifts, Scholarships, Grants, Planned Gifts, Alumni Relations, Capital Campaigns, Special Events, and Marketing. She has built strong relationships with area businesses and business leaders in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.

She completes each day with the satisfaction of sharing the school’s vision and mission with constituents offering them the opportunity to share their philanthropic contributions with Roanoke Catholic School.

She and her husband, Rick, RCS Class of 1971 have been married for 37 years. They have two sons, Ricky, RCS Class of 2003 and Neil, RCS Class of 2007. They are a fourth generation Roanoke Catholic School family.

The school also announced Michael Hemphill, as the Director of Annual Appeal and Marketing. He will join the RCS development staff on January 5, 2015.
