North Cross used its height to easily dispatch Eastern Mennonite Tuesday night in the opening round of the VIC Division II playoff game at the Jim Muscaro Gym.
The taller Raiders quickly ran out to a 12-4 lead after the first quarter and led 25-10 at the halftime break. North Cross upped its advantage to 44-18 after three before the Raiders cleared the bench heading to the final frame.
Matt Doughty led the North Cross scoring attack with 12 points, while Peter Agba and Bennett Holley each poured in 10 points for the Raiders.
