Hidden Valley Graduate and now Randolph-Macon senior midfielder Tim Rowe has been named to Inside Lacrosse Magazine’s Preseason First-Team All-ODAC squad in the publication’s preview edition released last week.
Rowe is coming off a junior campaign in which he led R-MC and ranked sixth in the ODAC with 34 goals on the season. Seven of Rowe’s scores were of the man-up variety which was fourth most in the ODAC, while his 40 points was 16th most in the league.
For his efforts, Rowe was named Second-Team All-ODAC. Rowe will enter his final season in Ashland with 56 career goals.
R-MC finished the 2012 season with nine wins which is the most since the 1999 season. The Yellow Jackets will open up its 2013 slate when its hosts Catholic February 16th at 6:30 p.m.
