Cave Spring’s Steve Klaiber formally signed to continue his baseball career at The University of Virginia-Wise during a ceremony in the school’s auditorium Monday afternoon.
A four-year member of the Knight varsity squad, Klaiber had also considered VMI, Randolph-Macon and Bluefield State.
He cited the baseball program and academics as the deciding factors in his decision.
