Patrick Henry’s David Joppich held off PH teammate Andrew Bazak 6-1, 4-6, 7-6 (7-3) last Thursday at Rivers Edge Complex to capture the Western Valley District singles tennis championship.
The match began Tuesday, but rain forced the completion to Thursday afternoon.
