Andree, Anderson and Pedelty Achieve Rank of Eagle Scout.

To become an Eagle Scout, members must complete a leadership service project.   Sam Andree built eight picnic tables for the Ichimani Girl Scout Center in Roanoke County and made several improvements to the one mile trail.  He is a senior at Faith Christian School and is the son of Wendy and Don Andree.

Tyler Anderson added a trust fall, group balance beam and blind maze to the Christian Challenge Course at the Roanoke Rescue Mission’s Jubilee Acres. He is a senior at Patrick Henry High School and is the son of Judi and Paul Anderson.

As part of a larger project with the city of Roanoke and the Kiwanis club, Quinn Pedelty installed over 30 mile post markers on the Lick Run Greenway between the Hotel Roanoke and Valley View Mall. He graduated in December from Patrick Henry and is the son of Kris and Michael Pedelty.

A ceremony to celebrate their achievement was held at South Roanoke United Methodist Church on January 17th, 2010.
