Brambleton Computer is moving to a larger, more accessible location to accommodate expanding customer demand and new services. The relocated store will open on August 1 at 3634 Brambleton Avenue in Roanoke, which is down the street from the retailer’s current site.
According to co-owner Keith Duncan, “Brambleton Computer has experienced tremendous year-over-year growth since we opened five years ago. We are excited to expand our store footprint to serve the needs of our growing customer base and offer additional services at this new location.”
Brambleton Computer, which opened in 2013, is one of two computer-repair stores owned by Keith Duncan and Chris Duncan. The sister location, Vinton Computer, was founded by Chris in 2010 and is located at 360 E. Virginia Avenue in Vinton.
The Duncans have built their family venture into the largest, independently owned computer-repair business in the region. Their success exemplifies the opportunity for small businesses to grow and flourish in the Roanoke Valley.
The owners and their certified computer technicians now service 50,000 computers annually at their combined locations. Customers come from Roanoke, Vinton, Salem, Botetourt County, Smith Mountain Lake, and surrounding areas.
“Our new Brambleton location provides the extra space we need to accommodate new and existing customers with the same award-winning repair service and personalized attention on which we have built our reputation,” Chris said.
Store services include computer repair, virus and malware removal, wireless internet set-up, password removal, data recovery, and other computer troubleshooting. All makes and models of computers and tablets are serviced. Also, laptops, desktop computers, and computer accessories are available for purchase. With the move to the new location, Brambleton Computer will be expanding consumer and business offerings to include data storage and backup, website hosting, and email hosting.
Providing easy-to-understand counsel, expert technical skills, and fast turnaround are hallmarks of the Brambleton Computer and Vinton Computer operating principles, according to the owners. Both stores have an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau and consistently receive the Angie’s List Super Service Award.
