The Terriers, a team made up of JV and Varsity players from William Byrd HS, went a perfect 5-0 in this year’s USSSA 18U State baseball tournament on October 4-5, 2014.
The games Saturday were held at various fields around the Roanoke Valley with the championship games taking place at Kiwanis Field in Salem on Sunday. Over 10 teams from around the state of Virginia competed in this year’s tournament.
