The Roanoke Elks Lodge Elks No. 197, B.P.O. presented their annual scholarship winners Thursday night at the lodge during the 36th annual valedictorian night. Valedictorians from 18 area high schools were honored during a ceremony with emcee Dave Ross, youth activities chairman. Guest speaker James Pennix, Director of Admissions at Radford University, followed with an address to the group on the keys to success.
