Eva Kuehler, a junior at Roanoke Catholic School, has been selected to receive a Savannah College of Art and Design scholarship to attend SCAD Summer Seminars this summer, 2013.

SCAD Summer Seminars offer week long workshops for high school students who have completed their freshman, sophomore or junior years. Students have the opportunity to gain a valuable educational experience while developing their creative vision through exciting art and design assignments and projects.
Students attend two workshops each day, taught by SCAD professors or selected SCAD graduate students. Workshops allow students access to the university’s extensive facilities, resources and libraries. The program consists of local field trips, lectures, studio work, and demonstrations. A closing exhibition of student work is held at the end of each session.
