The cost is only $10 per person and it includes bi-weekly motivational messages, personal online tracking page, and unlimited access to a wide variety of resources. Anyone with access to the internet can participate.  Become a captain, build your team and sign up today.  The members of the first 8 teams that register will receive a $5 Subway Gift Card.

Get Healthy Virginia made its debut in January, 2009, helping people to change their eating habits, exercise routines, and self-esteem.  Last year’s program helped our participants shed 862 pounds and log over 46,315 miles of exercise in just 100 days.

Pete Lampman, president of Virginia Amateur Sports, the organizers of the Subway Commonwealth Games, said “The challenge encourages the participants to take charge of their life by developing a new healthy active lifestyle that will enhance their life and happiness.” Participants will also have a chance to win one of two $200 Subway Gift Cards.
