Bingham to Present Webinar Ahead of Book Release

Jason Bingham

Former Roanoke School Board member and Trane North America Vice President Jason Bingham will present a Webinar at Virginia Western Community College’s Whitman Theater on Weds Nov. 14th at 8AM.

As a Trane leader Bingham believes that culture connects directly to business profit, and that creating a high-performance culture can be learned and taught. Based on this belief, he is taking a unique approach to driving bottom line results: sequentially meeting the needs of the company’s Associates, Customers and Business (the “ACBs”).

Sharing key insights from his forthcoming book, Cultureship: The ACBs of Business Leadership, Bingham will discuss:

  • Why the ACBs lay the foundation for change.
  • The three ultimate beliefs every leader should have, live and execute.
  • How each belief can be translated into action.
  • How to achieve a high-performance culture quickly and connect it to business results just as fast.

Bingham is currently responsible for the $1.2 Billion Central Territory as Vice President for Trane North America. Through his efforts, Trane and the Virginia district have received multiple regional and national awards and distinctions.  He has developed strategies, planning processes and leadership curriculums that have now been distributed across the nation.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electric engineering from the University of Tennessee.  His involvement in the Roanoke community includes: Vice Chairman – Roanoke City School Board (6 years), Executive Board Member – Mill Mountain Theatre, Executive Board Member – Roanoke Valley Business Council and Chairman of the MS Dinner of Champions.
