It’s only April, but the Salem Red Sox are as hot as the dog days of August. The Sox have started the season 12-4 after Tuesday night’s rainout at Kinston. Salem returns home tonight (Fri. Apr. 29th) to begin a 10-game home stand through Sunday May 8th. Potomac, Kinston and Myrtle Beach will be the opposition to visit Salem Memorial Stadium in that stretch.

Sunday, the Red Sox came back from a 4-0 deficit to score 11 unanswered runs in defeating Potomac 11-4
