Faith Christian School Raises $300,000

(From L to R) Director of Development Jay Whitmore, Campaign Chair Tim Lilley and Headmaster Sam Cox adjust the number upward.

Faith Christian School will finish the year having raised an additional $300,000 toward its capital campaign Finish in Faith.

The $8.2 million dollar campaign began receiving donations in the fall of 2002. Donations from families, friends, and the community have allowed the School to move from rented facilities in local churches to its own 68,500 square foot building on Buck Mountain Road in Southwest Roanoke County.

Capital Campaign Committee Chair and parent, Tim Lilley shares, “It is simply marvelous how the Lord has led us in this endeavor. God continues to provide Faith Christian School with the needed funds year after year even when it has not been clear where the money would come from – $6.3 million down, $1.9 million to go! Thanks to all of the parents, grandparents and friends who have given and who continue to give to our Finish in Faith Capital Campaign.”

Faith Christian School serves students throughout the Roanoke region.  For more information visit FaithChristian-School.com.
