Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group and Colliers International have been selected to represent Norfolk Southern in the sale of their prominent regional headquarters office building located at 110 Franklin Road SE.

The Norfolk Southern Building is one of Roanoke’s landmark office assets. The property is located in the heart of downtown Roanoke’s Central Business District and is a defining structure in the city skyline. The ± 203,632 SF building is situated on 1.49 acres and highly visible from nearly all points downtown and nearby I-581.

The Class A building was built in 1992 for Norfolk Southern, and offers an elegant entrance lobby and first-class office finishes with modern amenities. The high-rise structure stands at 173 feet tall and is comprised of eleven floors with five passenger elevators and one freight elevator. The building is constructed of granite and concrete and can be configured for either a single user or as a multi-tenant building.
