The Yard Baseball and Softball Training Facility hosted a college commitment ceremony for eight players and students from around the region on Monday June 9th.
The players included Hidden Valley High School’s Sean O’Connell who will attend Marymount University, Ethan Gregg who will be attending Southern Virginia University, Hayes Nelson who will attend Longwood University and Taylor Martin who will attend Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Milton Moore from Franklin County High School will attend Patrick Henry Community College.
Carroll County High School’s Seth Burris will attend Southern Virginia University in the fall.
Caleb Martin from Covington will attend Messiah College in Pennsylvania in the fall and Patrick Henry High School’s Alec Brown will attend Southern Virginia University.
All of the players are looking forward to playing baseball in college.
