Dwight Bogle Stadium was the place for exceptional biddy football Sunday afternoon as the third annual Dave Ross Biddy Bowl played out to benefit Susan G. Komen for The Cure Virginia Blue Ridge.
Teams from North Roanoke, Cave Spring, Vinton and Franklin County battled it out for bragging rights in front of a sizeable and enthusiastic crowd. A check for $ 1,300 was presented in a ceremony after the games.
