Pulaski County used a fierce full-court press to outscore Cave Spring 25-7 in the third quarter, and the Lady Cougars came from behind to defeat Cave Spring 61-51 at the Knight gym.
Cave Spring led 27-25 at the halftime break, but turnovers forced by the Cougar defense proved to be costly for the Lady Knights’ effort to gather their first win of the season.
Hailey Sitze led Cave Spring with 13 points, while Zanebia Brown-Saunders added 10.
